Free includes the authenticated validation workspace, guided onboarding, starter playbooks, and the validation scorecard. It is designed to help you turn a business hunch into a specific next test.

What do the Builder and Community tiers include?

Builder and Community are planned tiers, not active access today. Builder is intended to add more saved records and a unit-economics calculator. Community is intended to add community access, shared learning, and conversations. Both are planned on top of the Free workflow and are not available to purchase yet.

Is Free genuinely $0, and do I need to pay today?

Yes. The active Free tier is $0, and no payment step is required today. Builder and Community are still planning markers, so there is no active paid purchase or subscription behind the current onboarding path.

How does the founder-owned validation workspace work?

After you sign in, your workspace is tied to your founder account. You capture the problem, the buyer, interview notes, evidence links, and the next step in one record. The scorecard then helps you read the signal through evidence strength, commitments, open risks, and the saved next action.

What are the cancellation and refund expectations?

There is no active paid purchase or subscription to cancel or refund while Builder and Community are still planned. The current activation path is the $0 Free tier, so no payment commitment is made during onboarding.

Can I export my validation data?

Not through a self-serve export action today. The current repo exposes the authenticated workspace and scorecard, but it does not yet expose an export route or export control, so we do not want to promise one that is not there.
